Chamber Hosts Lt. Gov. Mike Parson on a Tour of Columbia

Missouri Lt. Gov. Mike Parson is set to become the 57th Governor of Missouri on Friday, June 1, 2018 as he is officially sworn in at 5:30 p.m. Parson is no stranger to the Columbia Chamber of Commerce. He has spoken with members at the Quarterly Membership Breakfast just after he was elected Lt. Gov. in 2016 and he was in Columbia on May 22, 2018. Parson has made a concerted effort to learn even more about the Columbia business community as he toured the Boone County Emergency Center and Veterans United Home Loans newest location. He also talked with Chamber members at the latest installment of the Lunch with a Leader series where he spoke about job creation, Buy Missouri initiative and road infrastructure. The Chamber will continue to develop this relationship with Parson and his administration.
